I’m 41, 5 feet and 4 inches tall. I’m 241 pounds. The most I’ve ever weighed in my life. Every morning before I get up, I tell myself , I’m gonna eat healthy and start my diet. I wind up doing the exact opposite. I’m actually afraid of myself and lack of control. Like I’m in a prison I put myself in and it’s impossible to get out. I hear people say , change your diet! It’s impossible for me.

Start small I went from 275 last year to this year 211 I have pcos so my doctor did put me me on ozempic to help but the weight melted once I first went plantbase for a while and I would juice a lot then once I got down to 220 I went carnivore diet with fasting 20 hours a day and eat the last four hours I just started adding exercise last month I work out for 30 min a day or more start small start with a 8 hour fast or 16 then work your way into eating plantbase foods or the carnivore meat diet which ever one works for u

I don’t eat much processed food but I have been eating calorie rich foods and have recently packed on the weight
