How to Transcribe Solos Quickly and Efficiently

Hello First of all I congratulate you very interesting explanation. so from the video I seem to understand that you don't transcribe on paper, but you try to memorize the solo completely by heart by slowing down the parts, singing them and trying to perform what the drummer does. but nevertheless avoid transcribing on a staff. or am I wrong?

I personally don’t transcribe on paper. I have done it, and can do it, but I feel that it is often more beneficial to transcribe by ear!
