So yeah I was trying to transfer through wifi only and it was showing me 99+ hours for 400gb. Then I found out you can simply connect both ps4 and ps5 together with a lan cable and now it's not gonna take 2 hours lol, about 80 MB/s awesome.

Thank you for the very helpful video! I followed your clear and concise instructions and the transfer worked perfectly. You may have mentioned it already and not sure if it helps anybody but the PS5 also supports the USB hard drive with the PS4 games installed on it so then you don't have to reinstall all of the PS4 game data (from the discs) to the PS5. I can confirm that all your progress from your ps4 games will be transferred onto the ps5 no problem. I don't know why everyone says it doesn't work. I literally just got my ps5 and I'm playing darksouls at exactly where I was up to. Hope this helps
