Little update: pieces do NOT have to be max anymore for you to transfer enchants on them

if its a fairly common armor piece just get another one if not then you can use another maxed out armor piece to transfer the bad enchant onto then transfer again to get a good enchant. of course this will cost you maxing two armor pieces so the better option is probably just to grind for another of the same armor piece to get it without the bad enchant.

@@Symbyll you dont have to max out both, you only have to max the piece you want to transfer the enchant onto. additionally you don't need to use a common piece of armor, you can put an enchant from a any set onto any other set (excluding legendary)

I know getting two on a piece is possible. It is rare (and I mean REALLY rare) to have it happen. I know this can be possible since I have a "Fragile Warded Scow Shaman Pants". Fragile and Warded are two seperate enchants. I got it from killing an enemy, so I would assume its just really rare thing from killing enemies that drop armor.
