How to transfer files across home network using FileZilla

2:27 Unfortunately this tutorial is not relevant. Filezilla updated their app at some point and at 2:27 when you click add you don't get that pop up to select the folder. It asks for a virtual and native path and I have no clue what to put in.

"Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity." There's also an error when I start Filezilla server : "You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router. Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in."
