That is a very dangerous thing to do as the hose is not rated for the pressure or the temperature of the liquid propane. Even when you do this correctly the two bottles will only equalise and you will not fill one and empty the other.

It did the job. It's still better than letting all the bottle gaa around the house. But I agree 100% for the hose.

Your supposed to wind the PFTE tape from the reel straight onto the gas cylinder fitting, you don't tear a piece off and wind it on. Otherwise it goes just like yours did in the video all crumpled up. There's nothing showing on the scales with the blue bottle on.

On my phone you can only see the plain green screen with nothing on it. The tape crinkled up because you tore off the reel you are supposed to roll it straight from the reel to the fitting@@MeFixingEverything

The hose slips off and you torch your ass. And lose your home. Just to save some money.

@@MeFixingEverything you can also use propane to charge an old R-22 air conditioner. Propane is compatible with R-22. Also dangerous.
