I have one question based on your experience: What do people usually do when a mortgage company says that transferring the title into a trust will trigger the due-on-sale clause or cause the property to be reassessed and can’t afford to refinance or the appraised value property tax? Are there other alternatives?

This is very helpful. I didn't notify my lender that I transferred my primary residence into a living trust. I rented the property for 4 years and it is now vacant. I am looking to sell the property. Is there a problem if I go into closing and the lender is still not aware of the transfer into the trust?

Our NICER approved Forgery Proof Inheritance Administration Lawyer said our Interdiction Living Trust was a see-through instrument, so the lender only sees me and it should be the same with the easy to forge Estate plan Trust.

I have a reverse mortgage. Are there different steps needed. I just have one child and I want to put this place in a trust for her, just in case the property value is significantly larger than the mortgage.
