Question 1: I would like to list my oldest kid as the sole trustee. Do you think that’s a bad idea? Question 2: how do we deal with loyalties…from books and music selling, do we list them as one single asset on the form? Thanks again!

Questions.. I have no children, no relative . I will leave my assets to my sister Who lives I Asia I will have to ask someone to be my trustee.. How must should I pay That trustee. I don't have that much assets Just a property cking/ saving. Thank you.
