Hi, You may not have included videos in backup. Please check and see if that is the reason why your backup size has reduced from 1.9gbto just 210mb or 350mb. Also Yes you can try this to backup and see if you are able to backup your complete data, you won't require any plans to backup your whatsapp data on Computer. I started this activity on 6th Jan night and ended on 8th Jan at 10:15PM. Patience tested at its highest. And I passed. 2- It takes a lot more time to do this activity. Team IToollab should specify the laptop or desktop configuration for faster processing. 3- After 3 tries my subscription for one month with 5 devices and 1 PC expired. No refund or no clarification. 4- Process needs more in depth guide from iToollab team for future. 5- Support is seriously slow. IToollab team should have telephonic support so that if someone get stuck they can ask for real time support. Best of luck to IToollab team

Hey Akhil as always once again a useful tutorial on topic that I really needed but I first tried Move to iOS & it worked for me. You should also make a tutorial for Move to iOS as it is free to transfer whatsapp data using move to ios. It can also transfer complete android phone data to new iphone.

Don’t believe this application, it’s really bad and unresponsible. The apps didn’t work for me (android to iphone), and i’ve already email for help. I’ve paid tho. The email response really2 late, as I can’t wait, I’ve already skip restore whatsapp. And then they don’t want to refund for my payment. even I’ve already sent them the prove, and LOG for the issue (as they requested).
