I assumed the 90 day report was set based on the issuance of the Visa and would require you to travel back to Thailand to complete. I guess I have that American mentality.

Hi Haily we are planing to retire in Thailand in a few years so my question is under the retirement visa ( 800.000 bank account and 65.000 per month ) can I bring my wife and one dependent kid ? What if someone has 2 or 3 kids then what ?

I agree they are silly and unnecessary! With the relaxed protocols and cities where I spend time in Thailand, I rarely have to wear a mask. Just entrances and walking into places, so for me personally it has not impacted my lifestyle and wellbeing.
