It’s easy to search for the cheapest hotels/restaurants/flights on your own, but I like how you had realistic guidelines to ensure you still had a good time on a budget!

Great video. I have been to Italy several times for work but never to Venice. I would love to see this city...but I think in the off season. There is an interesting book about Venice titled City of Fortune: How Venice Ruled the Seas which details the emergence of this city-state as the preeminent sea power of the west.

Thank you so much for this video! You mentioned a 72 hour pass. Is this for all Transport services? Eg. Bus, train, vaporetto. Also how much was the 72 hour pass 🤗🤗🤗

There is no "Piazza Venezia" in Venice. There is only one piazza in Venice and that's Piazza San Marco. Piazzale Roma is the terminal point for cars.

If you're going to Venice why the hell would you want to stay in a hostel OFF the Islands of Venice? Do yourself a favour, STAY IN VENICE! Getting the bus each day is a crap idea. Also... Gondola taxis from one side of the river to the other is about TWO EUROS! You don't need to CARPOOL to ride a gondola for cheap! Another shit idea.
