How to travel with WING FOIL gear

So funny, as we are currently on a wing trip to Tahiti. Had to pack two full set ups, 3 wings, vests, helmets, leashes, pump. 2 boards foils and fuses, fit in the board bag at 48lbs. 3 wings. masts, pump and the rest of the safety gear in a large duffle @ 48.5lbs. So two peoples full gear can come in at >100lbs if you pack wisely.

Thick cardboard over rail and top and protect way better than bullpak base of my experience travelling with 3 Surfboard round the world Even will be sandwich cardboard+bullpak
