Green Tea is absolutely amazing. I make a cup of green tea as you usually would in a mug with boiling water, drink the tea, then when I finish, I take the tea bag, squeeze out the water so it's just damp, and wipe it all over my face, it makes your skin look a little tanned and helps with pimples. I love this video. I was having my tea with boiling water. I was a fool not to do research.but its super practical and cool the fact that you can just put it in a bottle of cold water and take it onthe go. And btw once my box of green tea is over I'm buying yours :) looks legit.

@TheJunebugJulia It is OK to use it and it does help (I suggest people to eat the tea after they consume our green tea - Tai Chi Green Tea). There is always something left in the bag though the tea becomes very weak. By doing that you are not wasting anything. But the effective way is to do as demonstrated here. The tea made with a few drops of water is highly concentrated; it is strong and effective.

How can you put loose green tea in a water bottle then drink it, all the good stuff will still be in the leaf, in the clip the loose green tea was in a water bottle with water and the water was still see through so where is the good stuff ? its still in the leaves not in the water as the water in the bottle has not changed colour..

I'm from india. We normally cook our tea. We put water on the stove then we add the tea to boiling water then cook for a few minutes then we drink it. is it wrong ? Should I use only cold water n not cook it ???

Traditionally， Chinese always boiled the water before using it to brew the tea-- boiling water make the water clean and healthy. But for the tender green tea, you can not use hot water to make it-- no talk of cooking it. You have to let it cool down, then use the cooler water to make the tea; otherwise you ruin a lot of the best stuff in green tea. Though cooking tea is OK, for some good stuff in green tea are still there -- like caffeine, minerals and etc, but the best stuff like Antioxidants, vitamins, the green stuff are all destroyed after you cooking the green tea.

Yes, you can. Just remove the string, put the tea into a bottle of cold water, drink it after 10 minutes. Finish it in about 1 hour.

It doesn't have to be Tai Chi Green Tea. All the fresh, high quality green tea should do the job. But it may be difficult to find better green tea than Tai Chi Green Tea' in terms of freshness and quality outside of China.

ricky wood no. Decaffeinated green tea does not work. Caffeine is a very significant component of green tea, it helps people to absorb the nutrients in green tea . Without it, green tea does not work as it will. What's more, none will use good green tea to make decaffeinated green tea. The process of getting rid of caffeine from green tea destroys lots of nutrients in green tea.

Use a new bag of tea. Once you used 1 bag, you can reuse it in one hour or so. But not after 2 hours.

I had to stop drinking green tea cause of caffine problems I have ,,, Yet I do use green tea bags in my bath. I either boil water on the stove and pop in 6 or 8 green tea bags let them soak for a hour and pour that into my bath .Or just toss some green tea bags right in my bath.It helps if your swollen and sore. Even healed my cocktiel bird with a green tea bag against its little bum ,she had a Hemorrhoid and I use a warm teabag.Have used it on my dog also when he had a anal sacs problem.
