I picked up 2 chicks a few days ago that are showing mild cold like symptoms but now also have blood in their poo, they seem absolutely ok in themselves and are eating and drinking just fine and they are isolated from the rest of my flock in an out building but the blood is concerning, is there anything else blood could indicate or is it 100% Coccidiosis?

i have one hen in my flock that has some of those symptoms. but she doesn’t have bloody poop. will it hurt to treat the whole flock with corid just in case?

I have read on a chickenfans forum that you should treat the flock, which is what I am doing. Just be sure not to overdose and do not mix vitamins into the water. They may need vitamin B1 after treatment since Corid causes a deficiency. I hope your chicken is looking better by now 😊
