I have a TERRIBLE Heat rash... does anyone have any type of solution??? I've been in Zanzibar for 3 months in spring (average hum. 85%) and I was suffering from this ras hlast month of my stay and it became VERY bad. Now every time I sweat I first get needle-poking like feeling on my whole body (mostly back, belly & chest) and after that I get redness that itches so much that I want to freaking cry. I know that there must be a natural cure for this so if anyone has any suggestion please share

I’ve use a aloe gel, it has tea tree oil in it. It helps soothe the skin and the tea tree helps with the bumps. I got it at Walmart and it’s called live clean. I’ve used it and it helps and doesn’t sting. Hope this helps for next time.

Dove also makes a antibacterial soap that works too. I just use the bar soap because it seems more condensed then the liquid soap.

@@raggy369 I actually healed it.. without that freaking bullcrap chemical stuff and degenerate doctors... 100% nature, just fixed my nutrition as much as I possibly could, ate lots of cholesterol + meat for skin regeneration (also vitamin C), lot's of intermitent/water fasting and was in air conditioned room, didn't do any activity that would break my sweat. I was also showered every day with the 100% natural smelly soap (that our grandmas used to use) with that rough thind (forgot the name) that you rub your skin in the shower, so I was rubbing it hard to try to take off as much as dead skin as possible and potentially unclog the clogged pores... and over the course of 1 month it went away almost completelly, now I get a little bit of rash here and there when it's too hot and I am too sweaty (I am in egypt rn so it gets up to 40-45 celsius here)

I love sweet food. Whenever the festival of Diwali comes. I used to eat sweets in the house, but when my whole body started itching, my whole body would turn red. This redness stays on my body for a long time, I got it treated by IAFA for Allergy Clinic Dr. Sahil Gupta, now i feel better

Wow, watching my hives and inflammation dissolve every day until it all disappeared is definitely appeasing, I went with what I mentioned and after 20 days my urticaria/angioedema disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
