In 2021 I lost every single tomato plant to blight, even in my greenhouse, before I'd even had one ripe fruit. Heartbreaking after all that time, effort and money. Now I only grow blight resistant varieties outside. Your video was interesting, informative and nicely delivered. Thank you.x

Oh no! That is a real shame, not even one tomato from it all? 😞 It's really gutting isn't it. I have problems with blight some years although it can be hit and miss depending on the weather. Thanks for watching, glad you found some value 😊

I'm Joseph S.K.Muana from Sierra Leone, I'm currently faced with a blight attack In my Tomato garcden. I want to eliminate them and start a fresh one. How can I go about treating the soil for a replant of other seedlings?

Well it's early blight that survives in the soil. Late blight needs live tissues such as potato tubers so generally is just airborne. You can plant something else in the bed next year if you're worried about blight reoccurring. If it's early blight, you'll have to wait a few years for it to disappear from the soil
