Dhup main bahar kam jao aur sunscreen use karna daily, ghar k andar v aur bahar v . Salicylic acid/ benzoyl peroxide use karo aur hygiene rehna . Face ko gande haat se touch mat karna , apne face ko gande chizon se dur rakhna . Oily fast food mat khana aur dairy food , sugar ko avoid Karo .mera v same situation tha ab sab thik hogaya
