How To Treat Foot Fungus At Home Updated 3/17/24

It's actually working. My nails look 💯 times better. I can't believe the difference. There's a detailed video I just posted on my channel.
I am currently trying these 2 home remedies to cure my nail fungus. Follow me on this journey. I'll be posting weekly updates on what I have been using and if it's working.
Right now, I'm using the gold listerine and Vicks vapor rub as home remedies that I found on Google and KZbin.
I'll post weekly updates on the progress and see if these help solve my problem.
🛑Also, change your socks 3xs a day and change your shoes. Get rid of the shoes that had the fungus in them. The fungus can spread from shoe to shoe🛑
🛑Treatment Details 🛑
I'm applying both to all my nails 2x a day, and I put the vicks on my nails before in goto bed.
I have seen a Dr. who prescribed Terbinafine. I took them for 3 months, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I have this problem now. This video popped up. I soak my feet in Luke warm water with peroxide, baking soda and Epson salt 15min. before I bath. I apply vaporub after and in the morning I apply tea tree and Eucalyptus oils. Just started so I'll let you guys know the results and thanks for this video.

Please don't be embarrassed! Anyone with nails can get this. My mom got it from showering at an airbnb. You can get it fron keeping sweaty socks on too long. You're doing a great thing by showing folks what helps. 😊

I’m at my wits end suffering from fungal nails only on the big toes. I’ve always looked after my feet, my feet have never smelt or produced odour, always clean and dry and still had fungal nail from my late teens. I think mine is from a weakened immune system. But I’m going to be trying to get rid of it more than ever using Epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, tea tree oil, bleach and vix vapour rub because I can’t continue to deal with this problem.

I completely understand. I had it really bad as you can see all my nails were cracked and disgusting looking. I was taking Terbinafine HCL 250MG tablets for 3 months to kill the fungus. After that, I've been using the gold listerine and vicks, and my nails look like new. Try that medication if you can, it will definitely help.

Same and only on big toes. Feet don't stink I've always taken care of them. My boyfriend has fungus and has had it for a while. I'm really upset that summer is coming and my big toes are freaking green/yellow. Started last week and itch that was horrible. Have you found anything that has worked for you so far ? I have this issue too, I take a fresh, clean scalpel blade or a craft blade and I slowly, carefully, separate my nail from the nail bed. At first you think you need to go under the thickened part, but you don’t, that hurts and you will bleed. You can gently pry between the nail and the thickened skin and as you separate, slice/cut the nail off from the top as you go. Or you can slice thin slices of the nail off, you don’t need much. BE CAREFUL!! This makes it so much easier to treat the infection. [it is also what a dermatologist will do if you go to one, which i recommend, don’t start cutting off your toe nails unless you’re really comfortable with doing things like that to your body) If you’re not comfortable with this, you can take a nail file/emery-board, or even some finer sandpaper and file your nail enough that peroxide bubbles when you apply it to the nail, but be careful with this as well because you can give yourself friction burns or abrasions. For the thickened skin around the nail, use a pedicure file or a ped-egg to file your feet. Get a good treatment plan, you can use many things. Find what works for you… Soaking your feet in epsom salts, apple cider vinegar or just vinegar, listerine, mint, cinnamon, peroxide are all good places to start. I have glycolic acid, I dilute and apply sometimes I love the dr scholls treatment that comes with the little blue light. It really helps, but if you don’t want to buy it, it’s mostly urea and peroxide. Urea is very important for treating this issue because it softens the skin and nail making it easier for the peroxide or whatever active ingredient you’re using to penetrate the area. You need to stay on top of it because it will not go away on its own. Other things that help are hyaluronic acid, for moisturizing. I like The Ordinary moisturizing factors + HA moisturizer.

Thank you very much for the info. It's been almost a year my nails look 100xs better. I'll be posting an updated video this week. I've been using gold listerine and Vicks vapor rub every day. I was using sandpaper to file down the thick nails. It worked.

My doctor said it wasn’t even a fungal infection..that it was dermatitis from treating a fungal infection I didn’t have, but I’m still not sure about that. If that was the case I feel like moisturizer would have helped, but it didn’t do much.

Ask your Dr. For Terbinafine. If you can't get that medicine, use the gold listerine to soak your nails 3 times a day. At night before, put vicks vapor rub on your nails both if these kill fungus. I hope this helps. Change the shoes you wearing as they have the fungus in them. Change your socks 3 times a day as well and go barefoot in the sun often.

It works. It worked for me. However, it takes about a year. Ask your Dr. For Terbinafine medicine. You take that for 3 months to kill the fungus. It's a long process. Mine are finally starting to look much better

I'm soaking in Epsom salt with tea tree soap as hot as I can stand it .after two beers I put emoninail solution twice a day .soak once a day . doing it about a year and it's working. it takes a long time. the pills are bad for your liver. I will have clear toe nails before I push daisies
