Even if you get a souther or dry bus there is still a chance there is floor rust. My bus is a 2005 bluebird from Florida and I still had floor rust. If I hadn't pulled up the rubber floor I would have never know and could have built on a poor foundation. While It was more work to treat the rust, I do feel that it is worth it if you plan to bus life full-time like I am.
