Passed the bus on interstate 24 in TN near Kimball before Monteagle mtn. Saw the KZbin on the window and followed. Always interested in peopledoing what iwish I could. Keep it up. Where were you headed.

I listed it for free on Facebook marketplace and some scrappers came to get it to recycle.

I just ran two wires to the bus electrical bay and put a fuse into an open slot so that it was using the 12V from the starter battery. Nothing fancy since it was just temporary

Resealed the original roof hatches

It was a lot of work to reseal all the windows, but it was worth it to prevent leaking

You can tell a bus is taller by looking at the driver window compared to the passenger windows. See how the passenger windows are taller than the driver window?

What’s the active chemical in the ospho to reverse rust? Do you know? And also, how many quarts did you use for your 40 foot bus?

The rust is still there. Soapy water will make it worse. Stupid

After I treated it with ospho to convert the rust and then sealed with an oil based enamel

I used a wire brush wheel to rough it up. Then the chemical helped to get it taken care of
