I got diagnosed with tendinosis, ,not tendonitis. Any idea about that? I read that it's not inflammation, but a breakdown of the tendon. I have no idea how I got that. I do stand at work all day for 8+ hours.

Can you please do a video on how to treat chronic Achilles’ tendonitis (of roughly 16 years) bilateral most likely due to fluorquinolones? Never ending 24/7/365 severe chronic pain. AND any recommendations you can provide to others like me who have lived with a number of diagnoses & symptoms in the mid- & lower back who have gotten trigger point injections to lessen pain and wound up with very low cortisol levels? My last cortisol test was 0.6. (8/13/2021). What else can we do other than put our bodies in adrenal crisis just so we can get back pain relief? Thank you very much for the help you provide for others like myself. 🙏🏼

I have gone back and watched so many of the knee videos. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees and I had a pretty active lifestyle before, but I think I bought into a lot of the lies you mentioned in past videos and reduced my activity level. I want to try to get back to do some of the things I did before. Many of the stretches and techniques have helped a lot. Any things you think people with osteoarthritis shouldn’t try doing?

Ive had a lot of tendinitis over the past 16 years in many different places. I came to the conclusions that it was caused by my muscles being stiff. Muscle attaches to bones by tendons, when muscle don’t work properly they stress the tendons.
@adeum9i2 жыл бұрын
What did you take for your muscles I feel like I’m having the same issue with stiff muscles 💪🏼
@jojorey68862 жыл бұрын
@@adeum9i you have to try different things but if I drink a lot of coffee my muscles ache or if I eat certain types of processed food which I don’t do often. I eat meat and fresh vegetables, sometimes I eat berries-no sugar; basically Keto but I don’t count carbs just follow basic outline. I eat as if I were a diabetic which runs in my family. I also do intermittent fasting; I eat in a 6 hour window so that would be 18 hour fast. This gives my body time to heal. I don’t know if you’re a woman or a man but I started having trouble during and after menopause so I also do HRT with bio identical hormones and have a prescription made for me using my blood to check levels. In females that makes a big difference. Im 64 and I don’t have osteoporosis because of HRT. Try to eat natural and not take anything your body doesn’t already make. For medicine I only take thyroid. I find food can affect your body when your older and it’s different for everyone. I hope you figure out something that helps you; it takes awhile but don’t give up.

@@jojorey6886 Thank you so much for all the info. I'm only 30 and the last two years there was a point that I couldn't even walk it happened when covid started and I think because I wasn't going out or going to the gym and just sitting at my office desk all day it made my muscles die out or something. I do notice when eating meat i get more pain or when I don't eat I feel better so I do understand that diet is a big issue. I wanted to try taking collagen my Natureopathic doctor has me take fish oil and bcq capsules with curcumin for inflammation. I am trying my hardest because im so young this shouldnt be happening to me and it does get hard. Thanks again and take care of yourself
@jojorey68862 жыл бұрын
@@adeum9i yes, you’re too young to be dealing with that. Sugar causes inflammation or maybe grains bother you. Have you ever checked yourself for Candide? That can give you a leaky gut and things get into your bloodstream that shouldn’t. There’s collagen that comes in powder form and you can add it to your food. Maybe it’s certain meat that bothers you; you need protein. Or, there could be something in the meat such as hormones that they gave the animal and that might be bothering you. Try natural, hormone free etc. and see if it bothers you.

Recently, I found out that one of my relatives had two knee replacements at once. He and his wife both. I remember they did a skydive once years ago. Crazy! Must be why they both got knee replacements now. Thank you for sharing a tutorial on knee massage. I have good knees, due to no cane sugar. It avoids inflammation.

do you have pain in your knee? pain sometimes causes your nervous system to "turn off" your muscles, which you feel as a loss of strengh
@jameslawrence98653 жыл бұрын
@@030992amagadi no. The muscles just seem like they don't fire at all. If I exercise using leg extensions, they come back to work over time, but that exercise Does cause knee pain and the "crunchy" sound under the kneecap. The weakness is increased if I take the Excedrin migraine pills for headache/back pain. It almost feels like my body forgets how to fire the muscles.
@030992amagadi3 жыл бұрын
@@jameslawrence9865 it's probably best not to take those anymore, then, since your body reacts to it in that fashion... and you should probably get checked out by a PT or ortho doc, loss of strenght could mean a neurological issue.
