When ill i: 1.)drink a ton of water, double-tripple normal intake at first sign of illness2.)eat extra clean nutritious diet during illness 3.)do 1 small walk per day and rest all other hours and do nothing stressful. Works great. Last illness i got was over it pretty much in 2-3 days.

I just relocated from AZ to TX. And my body is still adjusting to the humidity. I have all of the following symptoms: fever, chills (goosebumps), cough, mucus, sore throat, fatigue, nausea, and very dark bowel movements. And I almost puked yesterday after being in the truck for 15-ish minutes because the bumps in the road caused nausea. I felt my elevated heartbeat today after walking upstairs to complete laundry. Eh, I hope this flu heals soon. Placing cold water on my forehead and chest seems to significantly help. I’ve noticed that placing Vaseline on my forehead and throat have also helped. I plan to prepare soup for tomorrow’s dinner. Thank you for the informative video.

Yeah but it prolongs your symptoms. That’s your body ridding the virus. If you take something to lower what’s k*lling the virus, you may feel better temporarily, but it’ll last longer. You should always fight as long as possible taking fever reducers.

Can you talk a bit about that viscosity range. How much is exactly produced in an adult, sometimes it feels massive over a few days.....was it in the lungs longing to get out? When you have a dry cough, not productive, why isn’t it? You left off hot tea....studies/Schmudies, it works. But don’t bolt it, make it a thing, take in the steam using a cupped hand over the mug. My son was sick, then his wife, & now my grandson had RSV. Thankfully, everyone kinda seem to get over their symptoms. I went to visit them this Christmas. I was there almost 3 weeks with no problem. My friend swears by echinacea but I am allergic to it! I just take mucinex, tylenol, saline for my nose invest in a few boxes of tissues, drink lots of water as well as drinking hot tea with lemon and honey and just sleep it off.

Honey from the grocery store also has no benefits as it is pasteurized. Heating honey destroys most of its antibacterial properties. You need to buy raw honey, and not heat it.

And don't forget flu shots, folks. No good if you already have the flu, but get it early in the season and it should prevent you getting the flu - or at least make it less severe. My sister and I used to get awful coughs and bronchitis some winters... until we all started getting flu shots when Mom developed COPD after years of smoking. After we started flu shots, a lot less flu and coughs in the winter. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Why there is almost always lacking of high class studies in favor of natural herbs? Is it because they are natural and low incentive compared to conventional drugs backed by big pharma? It is partiality and a way to make profits through playing with our vital health. Natural herbs should be always prioriotized since they have least side-effects(because they contain other ingredients to neutralize the side-effects which conventional ones lack). Once there are ongoing conventional drugs on the body, natural herbs can interfere but who is liable for this? Natural herbs or conventional drugs? Conventional drugs can save you on emergency but can destroy your health if long term use.
