Filter condtion we can set in business rule or in notification when to send section also we will set it right , i mean in both condition it will trigger right like state changes to some thing trigger like that And what is parm1, parm2 can u tell me here we will give recipients email or what?

Hello, Thank you so much for your time and effort on making those videos. It really helps a lot for beginners. I'm still very new at SN. I do have a question and hope that you can provide suggestion. For example, the event name is "abc", but I don't know how to find the business rule name that trigger this event. Thanks

You can apply filter like script contains event name on Business rule
