Thanks for well explained nice video. One question. How did you colored the choice boxed of closure code. I is showing Brown box and when you select option then selected option shows light safforn.

I would love to have a howto / template to reference a value on a template/table to only email users that are on the report, Example, a filtered transfer order tasks table report showing tasks that have been open for X amount of time, (reminder email) ...once I have a template, i can integrate it into all sorts of reports. w/o mass-emailing groups/users that may or may not be on the report

Thank you for educating us sir.. just one thing, can you give me any idea, with Servicenow , i'm creating a notification ,when ever the assignment group is changed in task, and i want the salutation to go each member of group with their first name , so it should be something like, Hello (Assignment Group>Members>first name) can you please suggest any idea?

Hi, I have a requirement that the OOB notification for approval inserted from Ritm table should be triggered with different verbiage how I can accomplish that using this mail script functionality? I have the approval activities added in workflow for a catalog item, but not sure how can I send notification for all those approvals activites with different verbiage.
