Great Video! I love my PL battery! I'm getting 100 miles range from mine as well! Its an absolute must modification/upgrade and definitely worth every penny! Every part of the Powerful Lithium package is QUALITY! the cells the wiring the parallel adapter and the Vinyl Bobby Bag are all pieces of art in my opinion!

They can't just allow walk in visits no longer, everything has to be by appointment. They can on have a certain amount of appointments in a week. They can only have a certain number of pevs at the shop/warehouse due to the new fire safety codes coming from the FDNY and the city, it's crazy!

If both batteries are completely dead and you have this exact setup… you’re looking at charging a 90 ah capacity with a 10 amp charger so charge time would be about 9 hours…

Most all serious riders here in Seattle got rid of that helmet. It’s too risky using a helmet that was made for snowboarders and skaters, we riding on asphalt and concrete at higher speeds. We’ve had a few that learned the hard way. It’s stylish and lightweight, but won’t protect you in any serious fall.

Thanks so much… 🙏 15:14 once in parallel you can charge them through the factory charging port… if you want to charge them separately you can also but you’ll need a separate hanger for the powerful lithium battery… you can get one on their website… powerfullithium.com/collections/all-chargers

Im on the same boat, bought the Pro with no fkn battery upon unboxing. They had two qc points that should have caught this and they failed. Follows up with emails have stopped after numerous attempts. They can not be that backed up with emails where response takes weeks, thats a sorry excuse. I work in logistics and am familiar with the ins and outs of a company that deals with delays in production and customer service. Had they been more transparent of whats going on would have mad things undertstandable but the lack of professionalism from customer service is a joke, even the fulfillment department needs training. But the people with online "influence" get taken well care of, even getting them for free while the working class gotta put up with this bs. Great products, its just the people working need more experience, amateurs.

Im still waiting for a replacement battery to this day. I understand they are overwhelmed, but I can honestly say dealing with them has been the worst. It just felt they didn't want to help.

20:13 thats BS 60v 60ah and you did 80 miles and still have half battery lol. You can lie to the people who dont know better but unless you were doing 10 mph or even 5 you are not doing 80 miles and still have half battery on a 60ah battery going 40 to 45mph. Maybe at 90ah but not 60ah.
