En el braceo antes de rotar, hay que halar, seguido de menton al pecho, flexion del tronco hacia los muslos, impulsar cadera y piernas al frente, calculando al mismo tiempo el doblado de rodillas (muslo y pantorrilla) para aterrisar con talones centimetros antes de la orilla; El impulso hara que las plantas toquen la pared, para que en un angulo de rotacion queden a 45grados aproximado, las plantas, pantorrillas y piernas impulsen y recobrar la posicion de kroll. Estoy se puede hacer de forma lenta y evitar halar tanta agua al dar el flip. Recordar en calcular la flexion de las rodillas (pantorrillas y muslos) y el impulso ya que esto evitara que queden cortos o bien que sus talones aterricen en el borde de la alberca y se golpeen dolorosamente.

Any idea how to not push off either pointing at bottom or straight up to top? Can’t get to point of nice chair position and push off straight. It’s driving me actually insane. Pool is very shallow so I keep nearly bashing my head (luckily hands prevent this)

It’s all about foot position. If your feet are too high on the wall you’ll go down and vice versa. So try to make sure your feet plant on the wall in the middle ☺️ hope that helps
