Ive got a pretty high mileage car, would it be worth doing any kind of tune on it? not necessarily to change the fuel type but anything that it could help with otherwise?

I think you mean upgrading the fuel pump or injectors cc size level modification. Usually that is Stage 2 or Stage 3 level of modifications. The mileage shouldn’t matter what matters is how you maintain the engine. This car received a 4.75 overall rating , tells me it’s reliable. You can get a Catless downpipe , and intake After that get a tune chip like this video. 270hp and 250hp is not slow. Should be in the 300s hp without stressing the engine.

It's making more fuel than stock but this is probably just a muffler delete. You can make it that loud with a muffler delete.

The engine wasn’t warmed up. Also catless down pipe and a muffler delete as well as a resonator delete should make a major change in sound.

Most likely muffler or resonator deleted. You can also go straight pipes exhaust to remove more restriction
