How to tune your Alinco DR135UK/DX | Cre 8900 a step by step guide!

This fantastic little radio comes tuned to the 10m band by default, but you can wideband it so it can recieve the full portion of the 11m band - great for DXing! In this video I show you how to wideband your radio, theres not alot of information online on how to do this and its not in the radio manual for some reason, this video gets round the "frequency out of range" error message most people get on the software.

ive got same radio and trying to tune mine in but having problems keeps saying band out of freq and will not let me put my new frq in. band 1 & 2 are the same freq and cant delete any of them

Cheers for the video. I was wondering if you could pint me in the right direction my Chanel 19 on the normal uk band is out of frequency and when I transmit it transmits on the correct frequency. So for example my Chanel 19 is 2.7.78125 and when I transmit it will transmit on 27.78125. Cheers

Any details of changing microphones on these? I.e switching over the pin outs from a commonly available mic 😀

Hi im struggling to get the com port to see the radio is OK to use a standard USB to micro USB as I'm trying to add uk40? Any ideas would be grateful.

No it is not a standard usb to micro usb cale, it has a usb to serial adapter in one end

I deleted my uk 40 channels coz I didn't write to radio properly I was told I need a DAT File any1 have 1 mines akinco dx10

+10KHz button puts you by 20KHz. 🙄
