How to Turn a BOB Bag into a Makiwara

Finding space for a good makiwara is difficult, especially for those of us who rent apartments. That's why I set out to add makiwara capabilities to my stand-alone BOB heavy bag.
Using common, everyday materials I have developed a healthy and reliable method to utilize makiwara training on my BOB bag.
Items you'll need to make one yourself: duct tape, a hard cover book, rough cavas material, spare T-shirts, and a BOB bag.
