Thank you. Never thought to fix my high-neck T's this way. Smart! fyi, a walking foot helps immensely with sewing knits on a straight stitch machine. Yes, they're a little costly, but you'll be so happy to have one.

As Debbie said..fold the shirt in half and just cut the front going thru both layers to that they automatically match. You can also mark the center of the collar with a pin and start pinning from the center of the v....

You can buy collar material at a fabric store so you can cut a deeper "v" into your shirt.
