DAAAANNNNNGGGGG. Your lore was absolutely beautifully written! Holy moly, I was NOT expecting to want to cry over some piece of fiction written for wonderful scratch build! Bravo, I say! Bravo!

We coulda watched staticky Big Lebowski together, but instead ye made us cry with eloquent, tragic speculative fiction?!? 😆 That was absolutely beautifully built as well as written! I really love the cockpit, and all the little details, like the equipment area damage and all that tiny rebar!!! Excellent job!

Randomly found this video. Because I have THE SAME tank model kit laying around I wanted to do something with and I love mechs 🤣 and then you bust out the VHS Lebowski and Jurassic Park. Liked and subbed. Side note: My brother is a garbage man and he just rescued a VHS copy of Blazing Saddles for me!

Man i gotta say this is might be my favorite build yet! All the shapes just mesh together so well! And even if the cockpit details are obscured, we got to see it briefly in the video before it was covered up so that's all that matters 🤣 Really enjoyed the intro as well! I too am perplexed by how video comes out of tape, especially sound
@ethobbyshow10 ай бұрын
I know right, like how! How can it make those sounds lol an thanks man I think it's my favorite as well. I hid alot of detail I'm him, but I rekon that's the battle, you win and you lose some

That was great! I was a bit disappointed at first, I thought it might have something to do with the John Wayne move The War Wagon. That disappointment didn't last long, though. Wonderful build! I quite liked the back story, too. It was bitter sweet. I couldn't help but have one phrase come to mind. Deo Vindice. This build, and your story reminds me that New Years is coming, and why those of us that know, eat blackeyed peas that day.

Your channel just popped up and I'm finding it quite amusing. There was something that however was bothering me but I couldn't just quite figure out....... There's no English accent LoL. For the love of God there's an actual entertaining kit bashing video from the USA (I think). 😂

This is really awesome, how do you prepare the Eva foam for painting? Isnt it kind of porous?
@ethobbyshow9 ай бұрын
It is slightly porous. Personally I like it. But you can always add more primer to fill it in a bit.
@armin83069 ай бұрын
Hm, does paint like stay on well since it might still be kind of flexible? I know when I used it to make cos play armor I had to use a heat gun on it to solidify it a little more then spray something like a vulcanizing agent on it.
@ethobbyshow9 ай бұрын
@armin8306 it wouldn't hurt to use a kicker, but if the paint is watered down and applied thin it more or less dyes the foam. But also it's not flexing much when I get it into position. I use HD foam from Blick arts, the creators name is Steve he has a yt channel called sks props he's the foam master I recommend his channel 100%
