Hiya mate. Like yourself I love my feeder fishing and have recently started using the drennan pellet method feeder which is open ended and easy to fill with no need for a mould I love them. Thanks to this vid I have bought both items and now have a feeder chair on the cheap cheers. 6:57

Just put your bank sticks into the ground next to the chair.......Away from the chair but where you can reach them......then you can stretch and move around in your chair without false indications.

I use this set up sometimes, and although I can get chair movement on the the feeder arm, it’s very different to bite indication movement.

Good review, my chair doesn't have armrests, so had trouble finding something to fit. Last year I bought a Westlake feeder arm, and although it came with inserts and was supposed to fit any chair, I had to break the inserts and use Gorilla tape to make them fit. It works okay...but not ideal.

I bought one of the arms similar to the one shown and found that when a wide rod rest is screwed into the end of the arm it would rotate if the rod was placed towards the end, there is clamp nut, but it is not effective. I then bought one of the Preston arms with a rectangular cross section and also a double extending rest, it uses the quick release clamp it is easy to to fit and very stable.

I use a Fox chair and a rod pod for feeder fishing. Ill have a look at those Korum accessories, save taking the rod pod every time

Hi Westy, a couple of weeks ago I asked you about feeder fishing quiver tip vs bite alarms. Well ... I have just finished my 1st ever day of feeder fishing and oh boy it was a red letter day. I've used your trusted washed out wafters and it was a feed fest. I've fished the quiver tip with a Preston Supera X 10ft + 20g Medium Preston Banjo Feeder (ICS) size 14 Drennan hook on a 3.5 inch hooklength and I haven't missed a bite or a fish. Seriously, this setup + the wafters have caught me well over 100 lbs of carp today (mostly averaging 4-6 lbs). Thank you so much for all the information you provide in your videos, it truly is invaluable. P.S. I was wondering if I can "convert" my fishing chair into a feeder chair ... You read my mind with this video. I wish you and your dad lots of health and tight lines.

I have the same chair and have purchased the feeder arm and the single butt rest. The feeder arm fits perfectly and works as expected. I cannot however fix the single butt rest as I’m unable to screw up the clamp. Not sure if this is faulty. It just won’t close up and I’m using the same insets

They are great products (I am a korum fan) feeder arm is not that steady. Any movement and the rod moves. I think this is the case for any feeder arm for a chair. I’ve gone back to bank sticks as I can’t sit still 😂😂😂

Love the idea of feeder arms but i find the single arm ones to be way too wobbly, so much as scratch your leg and the rod tips go mad. Would be much better if they used a twin arm type to stabilise the arm more. Other than that i love the idea and might swap from a box to a chair myself 🙂

Good interesting video very informative but my inserts dont clip on that easy, I solved that putting them in boiling water for ten minutes to make them supple. then the the clamp is a pain in the arse to get on it's not flexible, Otherwise a great bit of kit

Although these look very good I have been using the first “generation “ of these for quite a number of years firstly on a Nash chair and in the last three seasons on a basic korum aeronium chair, the difference being that the original “any chair “ system uses an adapter that can hold both a front or feeder arm and a rear rod rest on the one unit so I fitted another one on the other side of the chair to which I attach a small korum side tray and after finishing and packing away once the rests and tray are detached the chair can be folded away virtually as tightly as without the adapters so they stay on the chair permanently. From looking at the new version in the local tackle shop it appears that they will interfere with the folding of the chair but anyway the design is pretty good as far as useage goes, for me next time at the shop if any of the “mark one “ versions are available then I will be buying them up

It’s not too bad ! A bit of wobble doesn’t bother me, with all feeder chairs you are always going to get some bounce when you move around 👌🏻

The only chair that the anychair range will not fit that I have seen is the Korum Aeronium lightweight chair It has tubes that are not square or round but more eliptical 🙂

I have the korum aeronium lightweight chair and anychair adapters fitted perfectly. The legs are round.23 mm diameter, perfect fit on both my Aeronium chairs
