if you're going to show how to setup 2 Factor Authentication you should show both methods. Primary should be Authentication apps as phones can be changed/hacked/spoofed not ideal for best security

I think there's an option you can click to authenticate a different way if your code isn't working.

On Facebook, pres the option "forgot pasword", then you will receive mail, there you can change. If you have linked Facebook with mail. I am new with this Two Factor Authentication, maybe it is diferent.
