@@cornstarch5920 i found out how to fix it. you cant use it if your screen time is on. so turn off screen time and itll appear

try going on communication safety, it’ll show an option saying check for sensitive photos, turn that off

i had the same problem but just figured it out, i also turned off screen time family sharing which may have made a difference also🤷‍♂️
