Andrew, if you were to create multiple "comment KEYWORD below" campaigns, would you suggest doing them all inside one workflow and having an "if /else" condition and sending the user down the path for mentioned keyword followed by the unique messaging for each one? I think that would be cleaner that cloning the workflow for each campaign. Probably a good idea to add a tag based on the keyword mentioned so you know which lead magnet or offer they were interested in.

Sounds like a case of preference here. Cloning the workflow or adding to one would both would work fine. We recommend cloning if you anticipate using this on more than 10 posts to avoid creating a massive workflow.
