if you have followed all the steps in the video it wouldn't ask you to pay for any subscription, if anything just change portrait mode to full hd, or use "quality restoration" instead of AI Repair, but then you're only limited to full HD and won't be able to use portrait. If anything doesn't work for you, then use another app like blurr to upscale or download an unlocked apk for Wink
