How to Uncap a Game's Framerate on Cemu

Very terrible, but a simple tutorial on how to uncap a game's framerate with the use of editing a graphic pack's rules.txt file

This helped changed Wind Waker HD's fps from 30 to 34, for it to feel slightly smoother (game is slightly accelerated, but it's fine)

Hey alexis, I did this for smash bros for wii u and now the games is so fast. I set 240. Do you know a way to nomalize the speed by any chance?

Unless someone makes a Graphics Pack that allows the game to run at a uncapped framerate, the gamespeed changes if its above or below 60FPS.

You need to edit a twilight princess graphics pack if one is avaliable (note that not every game will be affected by the graphics pack and possibly some already have 60fps packs)

try checking if you have opengl enabled and if so, go into options > general settings > graphics. and if you do have opengl enabled switch it to vulkan.

thanks for the tutorial but how did you get that costum skin in cemu?

I simply created the skin on pck studio, creating a custom skin pack for it, then placing the pck file into the dlc folder for the game

what do you do if their is no crash fix folder

that shouldn't happen as once you download the graphics packs, they automatically install into the "downloadedGraphicsPacks" folder, but if you're not seeing the pack for Crash Fx, try Resolution instead. If none of them appear, reinstall them.

Do you know where the world files are?

No bc you have to play the game on the original framerate which is 60 This is just if you want to uncap a game

Some games are locked on 30fps and without the proper graphic packs, you can't increase their framerates bc they'll speed up ofc not every games speed is tied to their framerates, one of them being minecraft with a few menu elements being altered
