I’ve found that the concept of SYNTHESIS is crucial when dealing with astrology and a shortcoming in the ability to synthesize multiple and various aspects, signs, houses, planets and the rest shows itself in interpretation of a chart.

astrology works best when you see the signs as Spenglerian ur-symbols almost, a loose abstractly artistic correlation rather than any rigid linearity. is not the goal to escape the astrological contraint of the world, as the Zodiac are the limbs of the demiurge, archonic principles of limitation so to speak. ones goal should be liberation from this Circle.

It looks like you have a yod pattern between Neptune, Uranus, and Saturn with Saturn as the pointer. Yod patterns are pretty interesting and not all that common. Lilith definitely has some juice. Great job in this intro!

I think it's a fairly easy pick. Either you want to use something close to the actual sky (sidereal zodiac) that therefore does not confuse people in the long run (i.e. "what is pisces? isn't that an actual constellation, but it's way over there when I look in stellarium..). OR you want to avoid confusing people in the short run, and stick to whatever is the dominant system where you operate as an astrologer (i.e. people coming in telling you they are "libra" etc, it can be monetarily beneficial to not tell them "well you are probably a virgo sun sign..."). And in general for anyone I think if you want astrology to make sense, it's way easier to just use the sidereal. The arguments for tropical zodiac are less tangible, it removes itself more from astronomy. Either way astrology has enough information to provide useful interpretations no matter the system (I think of astrology as like reading fictional books, you can learn a lot no matter how you do it).
