Depends on your soil temps, might still be a couple weeks too early for Vic, but further north is good to go.

Hi Paul. it might still be a touch too early. I know we have had another cold snap up here in NSW, so it's important to wait until overnight temps are consistent. I would still be waiting another couple weeks in Vic, you can do it now, but recovery might be really slow if you get a snap of cold weather which isn't ideal.

Same as the buffalo, good quality granular fert 👍

@@davidh.7571 you want to avoid too much nitrogen that promotes excessive growth. After a reno, growth is required so this isnt really an issue. We do however recommend applying our Lawn Solutions Fertiliser at a reduced rate for TifTuf compared to other varieties, with spring and autumn only really required.

If you put on lime to raise pH levels, do you water this in or just leave it to naturally combine with the soil

watering it in after application will help wash it down into the soil, a core aerate before applying will assist with getting it down deeper as well.

I’ve missed the boat on scarifying my kikuyu and Buffalo lawns, can I still do it first week of January live in echuca Vic

can still be done then for sure, just need to make sure you are able to keep the water up to it as required when temps are high. really important particularly for the first week or two after scarifying that you keep it hydrated.

This wasn't a customer job sorry, we didnt charge for these. If you reach out to Valley Lawn Care or a lawn maintenance contractor in your area im sure they would be able to give you a rough price guide for these services.
