Grant and your team you are helping me to learn about something I was not even sure how to navigate. Ironically, I have worked for John Keith in Boston for many units as his property manager. So, I do know how to help tenants, procure rental payments, and I was great at selling the vision and renting lots of units. I did back in the day, had interest in becoming a Real Estate Agent but I got sidetracked and went to securities and stock transfer and trades industry. You make it easy to really learn a lot about this and NO you aren't too complicated as u asked your partner. Grant you are educating us very productively. Thank you.

Paid for the webinar today on May 28 I do cold calling for investors looking for properties. I will be talking to home owners and need to tell them move to an apartment and dump the 40-year old house leaving to kids thinking sell for a million dollars. With zero percent interest I see how well managed apartments get at least 3 -4% worth investing versus owing bank 100 dollars end of year with negative inflation. With no interest in banks Gambling and Playing Lottery the new Investment Strategy of middle class.

Great video! Does commercial lenders even speak to you when you bring to them a multimillion deal when you have no experience in the field? I’m referring to +32 units complexes

I'm trying to find my first deal, but when I start looking around and running the numbers they don't add up. The NOI they give seems high majority of the time and the rent of the apartments where they are set currently there is no way to get a profit when putting 35% down. Are these just bad deals or do I just need more money down?

Grant, I don't understand why you hated on the guy from Mumbai with the 24 unit. He fulfilled everytihing you're constantly telling, multiple units, got some friends to coinvest, managed it himself and was cashflow positive with a high occupancy.
