You can see where the mats are dropping in the tonic inventory. For me there is no "best" farm because 1 mat is only dropping in Onslaught so you have to play this mode and get the other mats also. It is not the best but you need it.

Obviously the key word is Reclaimed Vitality. You have to collect a huge amount of Reclaimed Vitality! It's not too easy.

I'm really hating this grind for garbage armor and weapons that are just ok...we have to many weapons already. I'm glad we get the icebreaker back if you want to grind a dungeon, and the gear looks good but similar to stuff I already had .only way to get light is pinnacle gear and I keep getting legs or the same weapon slot😢..
