@@SageArtRemoval912 for weights, focus on heavy compound lifts such as Squat, bench press and military Press. Skill the One you are working and do them After the Maine lifts. Finish with conditioning workouts with burpees, pull up, push up and abs.

no at all, calisthenics can provide the same as weights, both are resistance training methods, and the bodyd only cares about the stimuli to grow, I developed a very big, jacked and muscular physique from just bodyweight, people often ask me how much I bench and I say, bro I don't bench, so depends on how you like to train, because training should never be a torture and train something you don't like, I don't like weights and gym training, I tried but I just hate it, I prefer calisthenics and other training methods

Yessir 🫡💪 Actually... Why not use both weights AND calisthenics ? That way you can get the benefits from both worlds... Why limit yourself to just one method ? ( I started with calisthenics btw, started lifting weights about 8 months ago and I've got waaay better results since I started to train both )
