I was with boost mobile. I no longer get have the sims. Every time I click k on unlock it leaves the screen. Any ideas???

I just got mine unlocked last week as well. Metro use to only have you wait three months before unlocking your device. Six months is crazy.😒

I got the same phone and funny enough cricket just got a new sim for my girl to use my cool pad legacy but it doesn’t work right because of the WiFi calling or had voice . In some video about android people have advanced settings for the phone app this doesn’t so do you by chance have any idea how I can get my cricket sim to work on my unlocked cool pad?

Very difficult to understand your words because of the music. My phone is being held hostage by BOOST even though I paid IN FULL for it and paid them to service it for well over 12 months! Hoping this will work. Boost is the DEVIL and frankly T-MOBILE is worse! Learning that as we are switching to them! We are 7 days in and 2 of our phones are STILL not unlocked!!!

Me too. Boost will not unlock unless you have the phone active under them for 1 year. I have a new phone that I used 5 mos. Before I left boost
