As clarification yes you do need to be a saiyan to get the super Vegeta skill this is because the quest to unlock it is locked behind your race saiyans get 5 quests with Vegeta while other races get only 3 the last of the 5 for saiyans being against signs Vegeta in the planet Vegeta space which is the quest where the skill is unlocked it's treated as a base game cac specific skill like purification and golden form etc.

​@@edward8054UI isn't ment to buff dmg but your natrual instincts, that's why it's called ultra instinct. So you gain a counter and auto doge and speed boost. Beast or ug are ment for damage but ug is more durable.

Missions? You're supposed to first get the dragon balls and summon Shenron. Wish "I want to be Super Saiyan God. Then get your friendship to the max with Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Pan and Gotenks. After that talk to Beerus. And that should be that.

To get Gohan and Videl as a mentor you have to clear their quest over at the kami house district (little beach island off the bottom of the map)

tip if u go and make one of the characters your instructors u can start one of their missions up and quit your friendship increases max friendship in 10-15min
