The boat was for everyone whether you did a heist or not, kuz my homie got the boat and he didn't do heists kuz one he was in the hospital and got put in badsport for killing too many griefers and blowing up their cars lol

I got the NOOSE Outfit for my first account on day 1 upon logging in since this update, but for my second account, I didn't. I know it's a 72-hour waiting period after you log in after the update, but how I was able to have it on my first account after the update, and how after 72 hours, I still didn't have it on my second account, I don't know. I contacted Rockstar multiple times before seeing this video, and because of this video I contacted them again about the matter. Now, I am pleased they have added the NOOSE Outfit to my 2nd account. This game can be too grindy at times and I do not appreciate not getting what's owed to me (No I wasn't grinding for the outfit, I just wanted to participate). Some of those Heist were annoying. So yea if you didn't get your outfit, contact Rockstar.

If you don’t have it, then you can set up a diamond casino heist make your approach big con and have your exit disguise as noose outfits and then go through the heist and when you put on the noose outfit open your Xbox dashboard if you’re on Xbox or just wait until you get kicked out of the session and you’ll spawn back in a free mode with the noose outfit and you can save. it. It might be patched

Took a couple days to get as it 1st gave me the wrong outfit, then it corrected itself with the right one finally. >Outfits/Law enforcement there should be 1 there in your wardrobe.. Dude, check out the Terminus Patrol SUV, I just let a dude with a heavy gun chase me and no way could he shoot in the back at all..just like the Paragon S glitch. Good deal!
