How to Unlock WEAPON CUSTOMISATION in Metal Gear Solid V

It's like a mid-game thing I believe. That being around mission 20. It's a side op. Not 100% sure though.

As a follow up you haveto do it three times. There are three separate side-ops for achieve the end reward.

@@weebuild5493 It becomes available after story mission 13 I believe. You’ll also need to clear out some side missions too.
