The answer not given to the question is... You must release your feelings for that person. _You must put them out of your mind._ It's not easy! It requires a constant, conscious effort. When you find yourself thinking about that person, you must STOP, and focus on something else. Do not allow the memory of that person to take over your life, or you will never be able to find someone new. When you do find someone new, NEVER compare them to that old flame. They are not the same person, nor can they be! Focus on what they are. Their likes and dislikes. Their favorite food, color, etc. See them for who they are. Not for the old flame they aren't! Embrace what is different about them! It is YOU who are holding on, not the person who left you, or betrayed you. Obviously, they have moved on! Don't allow the memory of them to take over your life.

Instead of having expectations on people we love allow them to grow with you or apart from you when the time comes, and not hold it against them. The reason we love another person is because their needs and hopes are aligned with ours. As hard to hear as this is, that’s allowed to change as people change their perception everyday

Very true but I don’t know how to love in holy way- movies and music and the world only taught me romantic ego love. And yes I expected more and more and the person always betrayed. I always ended up hurt and heartbroken, but it wasn’t real love coming from me. So I gave up like I’m not fit for this. I really don’t know how to love in a holy way. How can I learn this?

One small explanation giving about love...True love..😋...Sadhguru, first one lady did a marry with someone..then, automaticcally conceived and delivered a child..girl or boy...after, delivered, she went with another man due to contraversy with a husband and left away from his life..and hand threw the newly born baby .... she said that she did a True Love with a second man or third..i don't know how many she is having......Is it love ?Is she have any rights to described about love ?she Said she did a True Love with him..he, told her, to keep away her child due to over burdern to grow up......

Where does all the love disappear for the leaver in these circumstances? Does the leaver feel some kind of pain as well? 3.
