Today was a tough day for me... i know it's kinda stupid what i'm about to say but whatever... So i met this girl only 3 weeks ago and i instantly fell in love with her, now before anyone says it no i don't fall in love easily, but this girl... i can't explain it! it's just love... but anyway the problem is that i immediately found out that she has a boyfriend... now that obviously was a blow at the time and even though she made it clear that she didn't want to brake up with him we kept talking anyway just like friends and that didn't bother me, i mean sure my intentions were others but i liked her so much that i didn't really care if we could only be friends! But anyway to not seem very clingy in this 3 weeks i didn't talk to her everyday but everytime that i did talk she always answered and also always shown interrest in engading in conversation etc even though her boyfriend didnt like her talking to other men so she told me... but anyway because of that i asked her many times if it was ok for her to be talking to me etc if she woudnt get into trouble and she always said that there was no problem, that she knew what she was doing etc... but because like i said above even if we were just talking as friends i didnt talked to her everyday just to see if she would ever talk to me first... Well... that day seemed to arrive today... sometime in the afternoon i got a message from her saying it would be better if she deleted my phone number and we stopped talking cause she was afraid that her boyfriend would ever find out that she talks to me and felt guilty etc... even though again we were only talking as friends etc... i replied very quickly cause i was afraid she might've block me at any second so i basically said that i understood ver position etc but really didn't have much time to say much more and she then just said a "take care of yourself bye" or something of the sorts... So again... i have dated many women before, both casual and serious but i NEVER felt like this in my life even though we never actually met in person... i tried to send a few more texts a few hours later didn't got a reply so i assume that she probably already blocked me... BUT ANYWAY i feel like i'm falling into a giant depression! I had depression before but never because of a heartbrake! I feel this HUGE emptiness in my heart! I even cried today! Now i know i shouldn't push her to anything, not even sure if i can since she blocked me, i mean we only texted on whatsapp etc and spoke on the phone, and i know she has a facebook we didnt talk there but it would be useless too... So what do you think ? Will she ever want to talk to me again ? This all thing is driving me crazy i never experienced something like this before AND AGAIN i've been in real relationships! And like i said the thing that caugh me really by surprise was this sudden dicision of hers! When the last time we spoke before 2 days ago she was really ok with everything in fact everytime that i brought up the subject she was always telling me to calm down that it was ok etc etc... And all this also happend today like 5 minutes after i woke up which made things seem even tougher... So can anyone help me ? It's really painful! Thanks!

Hey there! I hope you are fine. You know.. life is unpredictable and even more unpredictable are the people we rely on for our happiness. Since you said you were in relationships before so you would know it's not always in your control. All I would say is...take time before you get attached. We all have come alone and would go along leaving everything else behind in life. This is the biggest truth. Do good be good. Don't get bogged down. No matter how low you feel. Remember a heartbreak is just a heartbreak. Don't let it break your strength and spirit. No one in this world is so worthless. All the pain misery and anxiety will end. Just find your purpose in life and move on. Keep moving on maybe with happiness or just pain in your heart..but move on. Life really is topsy turvy path...who knows what good is there for you ahead. Take care. Have faith in yourself that you'll be happy and at peace.

I hope you are doing fine now. I can feel you. During the breakup, at that instant we do feel so low about ourselves. We keep asking ourselves “Where did it go wrong”. We keep blaming ourselves subconsciously though we know there was nothing wrong done intentionally.We can’t digest the fact. But also overthinking about the situation will never you the correct answer. As a human being we have control of your thoughts. Now it’s up to us whether we want to choose “suffering” or “happiness “. Every human being is blessed and trust me you will be blessed with an amazing girl. You need to trust the process. If something bad happened just remember there is something good out of it. I have experienced all this in life. I hope what I said makes you feel better.

For those of you who don''t really understand what he was trying to say, it wasn't very clear to me either. But I think he was saying/implying: - Do positive things after a breakup ( I presume like exercise, eating healthily, having healthy relationships with other people etc.) as this will give "memories leading to productivity" and increase the chances of you being able to do phenomenal things (i.e. being able to use the computer as a computer and not for chopping cucumber which is using it to do only a medicore thing) - He seemed to hint at a specific example too- making sure to think how a relationship will affect you before you jump into one. Make sure it will lead to positive things before jumping in. But I think that can be easier said than done!
