When you cancel your Amazon Prime account, the Amazon Music subscription will automatically be terminated. However, the Amazon Music Unlimited Subscription is different. You need to follow several steps to cancel it. Here's how to go about it:
Using a web browser
1. Visit www.Amazon.com (the link is in the description)
2. Log into your account.
3. Drag your cursor to the Accounts & Lists section and hover there for a second. A dropdown menu will appear.
4. Click Memberships & Subscriptions to go to the next page.
5. Once you are there, scroll to the bottom and select Music Subscriptions.
6. On this page, you will see a tab named Amazon Music Unlimited. On the far right of that tab, click the "Cancel Subscription" option.
7. Next, tap Confirm Cancellation to complete the process.
Using an Android
1. Take your device and open the Amazon Music App. If you haven't already, log in to your account.
2. Tap the settings icon of the top-right corner of the home page.
3. Next, select Amazon Unlimited and scroll to the bottom.
4. Once you are here, select Subscription Renewal and click Cancel Subscription.
5. When a dialogue box appears, click submit and select Confirm cancellation.
