How to update DJI Mic 2 Firmware

Hello, I need some advice. I don't know if this is a defective product but just to be sure I will ask. Today for the first time at an event I wanted to record an interview but on every camera we tried the dji mic 2 microphones, the sound was coming out in one channel even though the recorder was set to mono.
